Scheduling

We will schedule your appointment as promptly as possible. If you have pain or an emergency situation, every attempt will be made to see you that day. Patients that have been following a regular routine of Dental Hygiene with Chesemore Dental Group, meaning cleanings every six months, receive priority scheduling. The practice currently has appointments available for patients wishing to begin a Regular Dental Hygiene Schedule.

We try our best to stay on schedule to minimize your waiting. Due to the fact Drs. Travis, Whitfield  and Fields provide many types of dental services, various circumstances may lengthen the time allocated for a procedure. Emergency cases can also arise and cause delays. We appreciate your understanding and patience.

Once an appointment has been scheduled, time is reserved in one of our operatories for that patient. For this reason, we must require 24 hour notice in the event it is necessary to cancel the appointment or an appointment charge may be imposed.
